We’ll send a proof before we cut, then an invoice and the real shipping rate. Nothing is cut until you approve the proof. Small is $119. Large, up to 13 × 19 in at this time, is $159. Sizes between those fall in that range. Send an SVG if you have one. A design fee applies if we have to build the file. 1½ in thick is standard. Boards and juice grooves are handmade here — not distributor blanks — so edges and grooves will vary a little.
