Pineywoods Inlay builds butcher-block cutting boards. That’s the list. We don’t buy pre-made blanks. The board and the juice groove are cut here, so edges, grooves, and sanding will vary a little from piece to piece. Deep laser cut, clear food-contact epoxy filled flush (the dark graphic is the laser char — we don’t tint the resin), mineral oil, rubber feet. 1½ inches is standard; thicker if the wood on the rack allows it. We do not keep finished boards in stock. Every board is created after the order is confirmed.

The work started because a surface burn sits on top of the wood and leaves food in the scorched grooves. Filling the cut and sanding it flush is slower. It’s also the only way the board stays a board you can actually use — even if most people treat it as a piece they don’t put a knife to.

Previous builds — oil field, bass, eagle — can be ordered again at the size you want, up to 13 × 19 in at this time. Names, ranch brands, and company logos too. Send an SVG if you have one. Every board is one of a kind

Wood is never perfectly uniform, and that’s where its beauty lives. Because each Pineywoods Inlay board is handmade from natural hardwood, you may notice small marks of character: a slight divot where the grain shifts, or a tiny bubble or speck in the epoxy inlay. These are part of the handmade process and don’t affect how your board performs or how long it lasts. They’re simply what makes your board yours.
